B.C. avalanche toll rises to 13

One of two snowmobilers swept away in separate avalanches in British Columbia Sunday has been found, the RCMP said in a news release Monday. The body of Matt Simmons, 24, who was snowmobiling in the Mara Mountain area in the B.C. Interior Sunday was located.
