Israelis gather at a rally to mark three years since Israeli soldier Sgt. Gilad Schalit was captured by Hamas militants in the Gaza Strip, in Tel Aviv, Thursday, June 25, 2009. Israeli media reported again Thursday that Schalit would be transferred to Egypt soon as part of an exchange. Egyptian-mediated attempts to arrange a prisoner swap between Israel and Hamas have been unsuccessful. A Hamas spokesman said Thursday that there were no new developments in the negotiations.
