Vitas performs in Chinese film

BEIJING, April 27 -- The mysterious Russian singer Vitas, famous for his range across five octaves, will take a role in the Chinese film about China's ancient heroine "Hua Mu Lan."

Early this week, Vitas released his first Chinese EP as he signed with the Star International Company. Vitas appeared at the press conference singing the Chinese version of "Qinghai and Tibetan Plateau." Vitas also showed off his Chinese.
Singer Vitas said, "Dear friends, thanks for your concern and love. You are all the best. "

Vitas's first Chinese EP includes the new version of "Qinghai and Tibetan Plateau" which is well known in China. Music producers Yi Jiayang, Li Sisong and Li Weisong will create a new hit "The Real Fairy Tale" just for Vitas's voice.
The talented singer is also involved in acting and fashion design. He will take role in the film "Hua Mu Lan" which has begun shooting. Vitas has also recieved a special gift: the bamboo version of "Ballad of Mu Lan" which records the story of the film's leading role "Hua Mu Lan."
