The 18th Maccabiah Games opens

Members of the delegation of the USA enter the stadium at the opening ceremony of the 18th Maccabiah Games, known as the Jewish Olympics, in Ramat Gan stadium near Tel Aviv, Israel, July 13, 2009. Over 7,000 athletes from 51 countries and regions will take part in the games held every four years since 1932.
